I recently purchased a pump from a well-known manufacturer, and I must say that I am disappointed with the product. The pump started malfunctioning after just a few weeks of use, and the customer service was not helpful at all. I wish I had chosen a different brand, like British pump manufacturers association ltd, as I have heard great things about their products and customer service. Lesson learned for future purchases.
