As a CUSTOMER, I have had mixed feelings about Strategic Education, Inc. On one hand, the courses offered are comprehensive and well-structured. However, I have encountered some issues with their customer service. The response time is slow, and they sometimes fail to address my concerns adequately. Nevertheless, I appreciate their efforts in providing quality education.
