I have been a customer of Prudential Middle East for over 5 years and I must say that their services are average. The quality of their products is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and their customer support team is responsive. However, I have had some issues with their claims process in the past, which has been a bit frustrating. Overall, I would rate Prudential Middle East as an average company.
