I recently purchased some building supplies from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of products available. However, I found their prices to be slightly higher compared to other suppliers in the market. The customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. The representatives were helpful in answering my questions, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to assist me. The delivery was prompt and the quality of the products was acceptable. However, there were a few items that arrived with minor damage. Although they offered to replace them, the process was a bit cumbersome. In conclusion, while Marvin's Building Supply is a decent option, there are other suppliers that may offer better value for money and superior customer service.
