I had an average experience with Swanbio therapeutics. The company seems to be doing well in terms of their research and development efforts. However, I was a bit disappointed with their customer service. The representatives were not very helpful and it took a long time for me to get a response to my inquiries. Overall, I think they have potential but there is room for improvement.
