I recently started going to a Pilates studio and I am so glad I chose Espaço Pilates Fit. The instructors are wonderful and they create a positive and supportive atmosphere in the classes. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I always leave feeling accomplished. The studio is clean and well-maintained, with all the equipment necessary for a great Pilates session. I highly recommend Espaço Pilates Fit to everyone!
