I recently utilized the services of this firm as I was involved in a car accident. While their initial communication and intake process was efficient, I found that the subsequent follow-up and support did not meet my expectations. The legal team seemed to lack a thorough understanding of the specific details of my case, which resulted in a feeling of disconnect and uncertainty on my end. Furthermore, the overall progress of my case was slower than anticipated, and the promised updates were not consistently provided. Though they were responsive to my inquiries, I believe their communication and legal expertise could have been more proactive and attentive. While I appreciate the effort put forth, I would hope for a more robust and attentive approach to client care in the future.
