I've been attending Kuk sool won classes for a few months now and I'm really enjoying it. The instructors are very knowledgeable and they create a supportive and encouraging environment. The classes are well-structured and the techniques taught are practical and effective. I feel like I'm constantly challenged and pushed to improve. I highly recommend giving Kuk sool won a try!
