I recently had an average experience with this company. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, the overall communication was not up to the mark. It took quite some time for them to respond to my queries and sometimes the responses were not clear. Additionally, the customer service could have been more attentive and proactive. The information provided regarding their real estate development projects was satisfactory but I would have appreciated more details and images. The company seemed to have a decent reputation, but I didn't find any outstanding features that set them apart from others in the industry. Overall, my experience was okay, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer service.
