My stay at Club Medici was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the service was subpar. The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The food at the resort was mediocre, with limited options. The location is beautiful, but that was the only positive aspect of my stay. I would not recommend this resort to others.
