I recently utilized the services of this company for a family member in need of hospice care. The staff was attentive and compassionate, providing emotional support during a difficult time. However, I found the communication regarding the care plan to be somewhat lacking. There were moments when I felt uninformed about the process, and I had to consistently follow up for updates. The website offered some helpful resources, but it could benefit from more user-friendly navigation. In terms of the actual care provided, it was adequate, but there were some aspects that could have been improved upon. Overall, the experience was average, and I believe there is potential for growth and enhancement in their services.
