I recently had the opportunity to interact with a credit union that I found to be quite average. The website was fairly easy to navigate with all the necessary information readily available. However, I did find the overall design to be a bit outdated compared to other institutions. The customer service provided was satisfactory, although it did take a little longer than expected to get a response to my query. The staff was helpful and polite, but there was nothing particularly exceptional about their service. Additionally, I felt that the range of services offered was somewhat limited compared to other credit unions in the market. Overall, my experience with this credit union was decent, but I believe there are better options available.
