I recently engaged with a design and communications firm and had a mixed experience. While the website promised innovative and cutting-edge solutions, the actual service fell short of expectations. The communication was often delayed, and at times, unprofessional. Additionally, the design work lacked the originality and creativity I was hoping for. On the positive side, the team was responsive and open to feedback, making an effort to address concerns. However, the overall delivery did not live up to the initial promises. I would say the experience was average and may require improvements in terms of delivering on the company's value proposition.
