I recently purchased from Natalija and overall I had a decent experience with them. The clothing I ordered arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the quality was good. However, I did face some issues with the sizing, as the fit was not exactly as expected. The customer service team was helpful in resolving my issue and provided a return and refund. Although it wasn't a perfect experience, I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to help.
