I had an average experience with Honor Flight Chicago. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I was not blown away by the overall trip. The itinerary was well-planned, but there were some minor hiccups along the way. The veterans we met were incredible and their stories were inspiring. However, I felt that the organization could have done a better job of communicating with the participants and providing more information beforehand. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is room for improvement.
