While I appreciate the efforts made by Wepan to support women in engineering, I felt that some areas could be improved. The mentorship program, although valuable, could benefit from better matching between mentors and mentees. Additionally, the organization could focus more on providing resources and support for women in underrepresented engineering fields. Overall, Wepan is heading in the right direction, and I hope to see continued growth and enhancement in their offerings.
