I recently engaged with a technology consulting firm for a project, and it was an average experience. The team was generally knowledgeable and responsive, but there were some communication gaps that led to delays and misunderstandings. The quality of the deliverables was satisfactory, but there were a few errors that needed to be corrected. While the company has potential, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of project management and attention to detail. The professionalism and willingness to address issues were appreciated, but I hope to see more streamlined processes and better accuracy in the future. Overall, it was an okay experience, and I would consider giving them another chance if they show improvements in their services.
