I recently hired a catering service for a small gathering and chose Ananda catering for the job. The overall experience was average. The website was visually appealing and easy to navigate, providing a good description of their services and menus. However, I found the communication with the company to be quite slow and unresponsive. It took several attempts to get a reply to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. On the day of the event, the food arrived on time and was presented nicely. The quality of the food was decent, although it lacked that extra touch to make it truly special. Some dishes were underseasoned, and few lacked in variety. The staff was polite but could have been more attentive during the event. Overall, while Ananda catering met the basic requirements, there were some areas that could have been improved to provide a more exceptional experience.
