The yoga retreat at Shala - Yoga Dakar was an amazing experience. The location was serene and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The yoga instructors were highly skilled and created a welcoming and inclusive environment. I particularly enjoyed the variety of yoga classes offered, from gentle flow to power yoga. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, with beautiful views of the ocean. The healthy and delicious vegetarian meals provided were a highlight of the retreat. Overall, I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired. I highly recommend Shala - Yoga Dakar!
