I recently came across an organization that focuses on empowering women in engineering. While I appreciate their mission and some of the resources they provide, I found the overall experience to be average. The mentorship program, although helpful, could benefit from better structure and more frequent check-ins. The networking opportunities have been valuable, but I would like to see more tailored events for specific engineering disciplines. Nevertheless, it's a step in the right direction for promoting inclusivity in engineering.
