I recently worked with a local architecture firm, and overall, I found their services to be satisfactory. The communication was clear and professional, and they seemed genuinely interested in creating a design that met my needs. However, I did feel that the brainstorming sessions could have been more creative and innovative. The final design met my basic requirements, but lacked some originality and uniqueness. The website was user-friendly, providing information about their previous projects, but I wish there was more detailed content about their design process and approach. In terms of project management, they were efficient and met deadlines, which I appreciated. Overall, I would describe my experience with the firm as standard; they delivered a functional design, but I was hoping for a bit more creativity and inspiration.
