I recently purchased a few items from this online store, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the website was easy to navigate, and I found a good range of products related to birds and crickets. The prices were reasonable, and the checkout process was smooth. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the products. One of the items arrived damaged, and another one seemed to be of lower quality than expected. The customer service was responsive and offered to replace the damaged item, which I appreciated. Overall, I would say my experience with this company was average. While there were some positives, the issue with product quality was a letdown. I may consider giving them another chance in the future, but for now, I'll be cautious with my expectations.
