I had a mixed experience with Dongbu Daewoo Electronics Chile S.A. On one hand, the quality of their products is great and the prices are reasonable. However, I encountered some issues with their customer service. The response time was slow and it took a while to get my concerns addressed. Overall, I would still consider buying from them again, but improvements in the customer service area are needed.
