I recently booked a trip with Special Holidays Travel and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was quite good and the booking process was smooth. However, the overall package was not as great as I expected. The itinerary could have been better planned and there were some issues with the accommodation. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my time and the tour guide was knowledgeable. I would give it a 3-star rating.
