I have been working with Petrofac E&C Sdn Bhd for the past two years and my experience has been average. The company provides good opportunities for growth but lacks proper communication within teams. There have been instances where projects have suffered delays due to miscommunication. The work environment is friendly and supportive, but I feel that more emphasis should be given on improving coordination and collaboration.
