I recently worked with a company that specializes in automated material handling systems in Kentucky and Tennessee. While their website provided a good overview of their services, I found the customer service to be average. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but I felt that there could have been more proactive communication throughout the process. The installation of the equipment was completed on time, but I encountered a few minor issues that required follow-up. Overall, the company delivered what they promised, but there was room for improvement in terms of customer interaction and problem-solving. I would consider using their services again, but I hope to see some enhancements in their customer experience in the future.
