I had a rather mixed experience with Saudi Advanced Services Co. (SAS). While the quality of their services was generally good, there were some areas where they could improve. The customer service was friendly and responsive, but the turnaround time for resolving issues was longer than expected. Overall, I would rate my experience with SAS as average.
