🏦💸 As a customer of this bank, I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate. The waiting time at the branch was frustratingly long, even though it wasn't crowded. Additionally, I encountered some technical issues with their online banking platform, which caused a delay in completing my transactions. It would be great if they could address these operational challenges to enhance customer satisfaction.
