I recently worked with a structural engineering firm for a project, and I found the experience to be average. The company's website offers limited information, and I had to reach out directly for specific details. The project was completed within the expected timeframe, but there were some communication challenges along the way. The team was professional, but I felt that more proactive updates would have improved the overall experience. While the end result met the requirements, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of transparency and client communication.
