I recently had the opportunity to work with a property management company for my rental property. Simla properties was one of the options I considered. Their website, simlaproperties.co.za, looked professional and user-friendly. However, upon further research and reading customer reviews, I found that they lacked the necessary customer service skills and responsiveness. Consequently, I decided to choose another company for my rental property. It is crucial for property management companies to value their customers and provide excellent service, which Simla properties failed to do.
