I recently used the services of Tigo Sénégal and I must say that my experience was average. The company provides a decent range of services, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website, tigo.sn, is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had some issues with my billing and it took longer than expected to resolve. Moreover, the network coverage was not very consistent in some areas. On a positive note, the prices are competitive and I appreciate the flexibility of their plans. Overall, Tigo Sénégal is an average company, offering decent services at reasonable prices. They could do better with their customer service and network coverage.
