I recently booked a trip with Panda travel agency private limited and I must say their service was average. The booking process was straightforward and I was able to easily find the best deals for my trip. However, the customer service was a bit lacking. The staff seemed disinterested in helping me and did not provide much assistance when I had questions. Overall, I would rate my experience with Panda travel agency as average.
