The overall experience with this company was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a professional layout. However, the customer service was lacking. I had a few questions about their services and it took a while for them to get back to me. The response was not very helpful either. The prices were reasonable compared to other similar companies, but the quality of their products was just okay. I had some issues with the functionality of one of the products I purchased, and it was a hassle to get a refund. The delivery was also delayed, which was disappointing. Overall, I would say this company has potential but needs improvement in their customer service and product quality.
