I recently ordered some woodworking tools from their website. The ordering process was smooth, and the selection was decent. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and the customer service was not as responsive as I hoped. The quality of the tools was average, but the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there's definitely room for improvement. Hopefully, they can work on faster shipping and better communication with customers. ✂️🔨
