The overall experience with Cosmofood was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products. However, the delivery took longer than expected and some items arrived damaged. The customer service was helpful in resolving the issue, but the inconvenience was still an annoyance. I would consider ordering from them again, but with lower expectations.
