I recently joined a gymnastics class and I must say that the experience has been amazing! The trainers are really helpful and the classes are fun. I feel that my strength and flexibility have improved significantly since joining Gymnastic Spectrum. The best part is that the classes are suitable for all levels, so I never feel out of place. Highly recommended!
