I recently used this company for a video production project, and while the end result was satisfactory, I found the process to be a bit disorganized. The communication was not as clear as I had hoped, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress. The quality of the video was decent, but it didn't quite meet my expectations based on the initial discussions. Overall, I would rate the experience as average. There is definitely potential, but I think the company could benefit from improving their project management and communication with clients.
