As a customer, I had mixed feelings about Bacesys limited. Although their website bacesys.co.nz offers a wide range of IT solutions, I found the user interface to be a bit cluttered. The customer service was prompt in responding to my queries, but some answers were not very helpful. Overall, there is room for improvement.
