I have been a customer of Tecno fx for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide a decent platform for trading, there are often technical issues that can be frustrating. Their customer support is also lacking in responsiveness and sometimes it feels like they are not taking customer concerns seriously. Overall, I would rate Tecno fx as an average company.
