I recently purchased a boat through this company and my experience was decent. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of boats, but the customer service was just okay. I would have appreciated more prompt responses and better follow-up throughout the process. The sales representative was knowledgeable, but the overall communication could have been improved. On the positive side, the boat itself was in good condition and met my expectations. 🚤
