I recently started practicing mindfulness and stumbled upon Imagine mindfulness. The online platform is user-friendly and provides a wide range of guided meditation sessions. I find it helpful to have access to different sessions based on my current mood. The instructors have a calming voice and guide you through the practice smoothly. It has been a great addition to my daily routine.
