I had mixed feelings about Fonet. On one hand, their website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. On the other hand, their customer service was lacking. It took them a while to respond to my queries, and the answers were not satisfactory. Overall, I think Fonet has potential, but there are areas that need improvement.
