I had a mixed experience with Bookonspot travel solution pvt. ltd. The booking process was smooth, but the hotel accommodations were not up to the mark. The room was not as clean as expected and the staff was not very helpful. However, the customer service team was responsive and tried to resolve the issues. Overall, it was an average experience.
