I recently ordered a dress for my daughter from their website. The variety of dresses was impressive, and I found something that suited her well. However, the quality of the fabric was only average, and I was a bit disappointed. The delivery was prompt, but I felt that the packaging could have been better for a delicate item like a dress. On the positive side, their customer service was quick to respond to my queries and was very helpful. Overall, I would say the experience was average.
