I recently hired a company for a concrete project and I chose Increte of houston. 😐 While the overall experience was decent, I can't say I was overly impressed. The quality of the work was average, nothing exceptional or outstanding. The team was professional and completed the project on time, which was a plus. However, I felt that the communication could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. Also, I found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side compared to other companies offering similar services. Overall, it was an average experience with InCrete of Houston. I would consider exploring other options for my next project.
