I recently used this company for an audio-visual installation at our office. The website was easy to navigate, and the range of services offered was impressive. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while to get a response to my initial inquiry, and there were some delays in communication throughout the project. The installation itself was done competently, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. Overall, the experience was average. Hopefully, they can improve their response times and client communication in the future. 🙂👍
