I recently engaged with this company for a project, and I found their website to be quite user-friendly and informative. However, the communication with their customer service team was a bit lackluster. It took longer than expected to receive responses, and I had to follow up multiple times. 😕 On the positive side, the project was completed satisfactorily and within the agreed timeline. I found their staff to be professional and knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. I hope that the company works on improving their customer service responsiveness to enhance the overall experience for their clients.
