I recently utilized a recycling service through their website and found the overall experience to be satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the clear information provided regarding the recycling process. However, I encountered a slight delay in scheduling a pickup, and the communication about the delay could have been better. Additionally, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of expanding the types of materials accepted for recycling. While my experience with their service was average, I hope to see enhancements in their customer communication and recycling options in the future.
