I recently purchased an industrial system from i2s.com and had an overall decent experience. The system itself works well and meets my needs. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the responses were sometimes unclear. Despite these challenges, I am satisfied with the system itself and it has helped improve certain aspects of my business.
