Overall, my experience with this real estate company was average. I had high hopes based on their website, but was somewhat disappointed. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing the basic information I was searching for. However, once I contacted them, the response time was slow, and it took a while to get the information I needed. The customer service was friendly, but not exceptional. The real estate agents seemed knowledgeable, but didn't go above and beyond to understand my specific needs and preferences. In terms of property options, they had a decent selection, but nothing that stood out as particularly unique or special. While I didn't have any major issues, I also didn't feel that they went out of their way to make the experience exceptional. Overall, an average experience.
